Local authority grants
The unaccompanied asylum seeking children (UASC) local authority (LA) Grants team have issued the documentation for the UASC Grant 2008/9. It sets out the arrangements for the payment of grants by the UK Border Agency to local authorities in respect of eligible unaccompanied asylum seeking children.
